Hi, welcome to my Zenfolio Albums!

I live in Calgary, Alberta, Canada with my beautiful wife and two really cute kids. I enjoy spending time in the Rocky Mountains west of the city. Most of my photographs reflect the time since 2001 when I became very active in the outdoors and started making enough money to afford it! :-)

If you're just browsing around, you will be best served by checking out my Featured Gallery first. It's a collection of my best photographs and is always changing. Another good place to visit is the Scenic collections which have some of my best landscapes and other scenic photographs.

Some of your photos are truly amazing. And from my experience some of them may be relevant to magazine market. Have you ever thought about that? In most cases it’s not about sending photos that your friends like, I would say in most cases magazines have really strange requirements. There are quite a few really good books and websites out there if you go looking. My suggestion is to check one of them – http://www.freelance-market.net – and try a couple magazines until you find out what does the job right for you. And certainly don't be despondent when your images are rejected or not used. After all it’s fun.

i came over from your link from fredmiranda and saw you great shots of the mountains trips. Now I can remember to check for hikes before I go. Although from the pictures you posted from the top of mountains, I am not sure I can hike as well as you.

I found your fresh-oxygen site via a Google search for Northover Ridge... I've spent the last two hours viewing it, your explor8ion site, and finally this site. I just have to say how amazing the photos are and thanks for the detialed distriptions found in your logs. I now have soooo many more climbs that I can hardly wait to do.
