Bill on steep snow slopes under the summit ridge.Grunting up the second steep section below the upper bench.Mount Marpole with an unnamed summit at left.Mount Carnarvon looks amazing today! My last Kane scramble, this peak holds special significance for me.Mount Carnarvon.Kev negotiates the terrain around the moat. Just ahead of him on skier's left is a massive hole beside the rock where the snow doesn't pile up consistently.President, Vice President, Michael Peak, Wapta Mountain, Mount Field, Mount Stephen, Burgess and Walcott and even the Goodsirs and Mount Vaux.Marpole at left, the Presidents at right.Oh yeah baby! This is what we came for... Looking down at a 4000' ski run.Niles and Daly across the Yoho River Valley.Now, THAT is a slide path! If you look very carefully you can spot Kev Papke far below.The Goodsirs.Kev's turn to feel 20 again!Bill feels 20 again!Negotiating the crux on the ridge.Spot the Bugaboos.One last shot of Bill on the survival slope - it was very tracked out and tight skiing on sections.Wapta Mountain looks gorgeous from this angle. Hard to believe that the scramble route goes right up this side too!The skin track goes bushwhacking for a bit!
