I traversed skier's right at the bottom, aiming towards the Thompson / Portal col on ledgesTraversing back around towards Iceberg Lake.Back down the gully, I traversed just past the snow patch and then found a wandering line up the cliffs on the other side (Portal side) of the col.Looking north from the plateau towards Jimmy Simpson (far right side) - another solo objective I did in this area.Rounding the south ridge and looking over the "staircase" (L).
